4. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices and do not include VAT, as deliveries are made exclusively outside the European Union.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Payment is processed via the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary due to international shipping.
Any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
A statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply.
We offer a voluntary return policy:
– Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused and in original condition.
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
– Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned goods.

We are liable for intent and gross negligence.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
